PURE PROCESS AUTOMATION
PURE PROCESS AUTOMATION

Run the business.
Not the paperwork.

Pure Process Automation gives small businesses their time back. We set up systems that do your office's hand-work automatically — entering orders, filing invoices, running the reports, keeping the daily books — inside the software you already have. Nothing to install. Nothing to learn. Nothing replaced.

The problem

Your best people are your busiest typists

Every week, somebody at your company retypes orders from one screen into another. Files invoices by hand. Builds the same report every morning. Fills in the books line by line. Your systems don't talk to each other — so a person has to be the glue. That's hours of skilled staff time every single week, with a typo risk on every keystroke.

Sound familiar? At Tire Factory — the six-location tire dealer where we built our system — that glue-work added up to over 30 hours a week. It's all automatic now, and nothing about their software changed.

What we do

Systems that work inside your software

We don't sell software, and we don't replace anything. We set up systems that work inside the tools you already run — reading the emails, opening the same screens, typing the same fields your people do. Except they work in seconds, at 6 a.m., every day, and never fat-finger an address.

STEP 1

Diagnose

A free conversation about how your office runs. We find the process costing you the most, and we count it out with you — how many, how long, what it's worth. No jargon, no pressure.

STEP 2

Build

We build and test on real examples of your past work before anything goes live. Then it launches with training wheels: like a new hire, it asks before acting — until it's earned trust.

STEP 3

Prove it

Every month, a plain-English report: what ran, what got done, hours saved. If it's ever not obviously worth it, you'll see that too. We don't hide from our own numbers.

What working with us looks like

Your first 30 days

No mystery, no long project. Here's the actual timeline for your first system:

DAY 1

The call

Free conversation. We find the task worth killing and count out what it costs you.

WEEK 1

Watch one

Fifteen minutes watching your person do the task once. Firm quote within the week — priced from your numbers.

WEEKS 2–3

The build

We build and test against your real past paperwork — before anything touches your live systems.

WEEK 4

Training wheels

It goes live supervised: it works, a human approves. Like a new hire — it asks first.

DAY 30

It graduates

Running on its own, watched daily by us, with anything unusual set aside for your quick review.

What you get every month

The Hub Report

Every system runs on your Pure Process Hub — a private page where you can watch the work happen. And every month, a plain-English report lands in your inbox:

Your Hub Report — March
✓  3 systems ran 118 times — zero missed days
✓  462 invoices filed  ·  26 morning report runs
✓  ~41 hours of hand-work eliminated (≈ $1,150 in labor)
⚑  5 items set aside for your review — all handled
Next up, still done by hand at your shop: order entry (~9 hrs/wk)

Sample report. Yours shows your systems, your counts, your savings — measured, not estimated.

Where it applies

The work we make disappear

If someone at your company does it by hand, every week, the same way — there's a good chance we can make it automatic:

The part everyone asks about

Your data, handled like it's ours

You're trusting us inside your systems. Here's the deal, plainly:

Your data stays home

It lives in your systems, like always. We don't copy your business into some database of ours.

One page, full inventory

You get a list of everything we can touch — and the switch that shuts each item off without calling us.

Everything is logged

Watch it live, and a daily copy lands in your inbox. We couldn't hide anything if we wanted to — you hold the record.

Insured, in writing

We carry professional and cyber insurance, and we sign a confidentiality agreement before you show us anything.

Leave anytime

30 days' notice, no fees. You keep your systems, your data, and a written record of what we built.

Who we are

The people behind your systems

Grant Holtzer

Founder · Builds the systems, works both ends

Grant spent the last year automating the back office of a six-location retail and online operation from the inside — order entry, invoice filing, daily books, returns, inventory — eliminating 30+ hours of weekly hand-work without replacing a single system. He builds every system, watches them daily, and answers his own phone. You'll see him on both sides of the business: building your systems, and sitting down with you to plan them.

Will Pujals

Co-founder · Sales & client relationships

Will has spent his career in technology sales, helping businesses figure out what's actually worth buying — and what isn't. At Pure Process he runs the front end: first conversations, the plan, the check-ins. Before a single system gets built, he's the one making sure it will pay for itself — and if the numbers say it won't, he'll tell you that in the first call.

Quick answers

Fair questions

Do we have to install anything or learn new software?

No. Your people keep working exactly how they work today, in the systems you already own. Everything we build runs on your Pure Process Hub — our secure servers, using your software the way a careful employee would. Your entire experience is a private page showing what got done — and a notification when something needs a human.

What if it makes a mistake?

Our systems are built to never guess. Anything unusual gets set aside for a person instead of acted on, every action is double-checked, and new systems run supervised — like a new hire — before they're trusted to work alone.

What does it cost?

Every system is priced from your numbers: how often the task happens, how long it takes, what that time is worth. We compute it with you, on paper, before anything is signed — and we'll tell you honestly if a task isn't worth automating. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices, ever.

What if we want to stop?

Thirty days' notice, no fees, no questions. You keep everything that was ever yours — your software, your data, and written documentation of what we built. The systems themselves, though, are a service that runs on our servers — when you leave, they stop running entirely, and the work goes back to being done by hand. If you change your mind later, we can turn them back on.

Are you an "AI company"?

We're an automation company. There's modern AI inside where it genuinely helps, but we don't sell buzzwords — we sell you time saved. Your business data is never used to train any AI, and that's in our contract.

What's eating your team's week?

Tell us in one phone call. We'll tell you what it's costing you, what it'd take to make it disappear — or the truth, if it's not worth automating.
